Targeting Facebook posts should bring a sigh of relief to those community managers who may admin Brand pages with a national or international reach. However, even smaller local businesses or franchises can take advantage of these new targeting options. After all, no one likes updates that don’t pertain to them or deals or specials they can’t redeem.
